It describes citizenship and residency programs as we understand them at the date shown, and it is not legal, tax, immigration, financial or investment advice. It does not take account of your nationality, family, finances or objectives, and it should not be relied on as the basis for any decision.
An advisory relationship with GLI Advisory begins only when we have both signed a written engagement agreement. Reading this website, submitting an inquiry or attending an initial assessment does not create that relationship.
Program information can change
Citizenship and residency programs are set and administered by governments, and their requirements, investment levels, fees, processing times and travel arrangements can change at short notice, sometimes without public announcement. We work to keep this website current, and pages note the date of their most recent review, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, accurate or up to date when you read it. We confirm the current position for your circumstances before you commit to anything.
Decisions on applications
Every application is decided by the relevant government authority at its own discretion. While we prepare each application with care, we cannot guarantee approval, processing times, or that travel, residency or other benefits will be available or continue. Nothing on this website is a promise of any outcome.
Our role and independence
GLI Advisory is an independent advisory firm. We are not a government body, and we do not represent, act on behalf of, or have any official relationship with any government, citizenship by investment unit or immigration authority. Where a program accepts applications only through authorized or licensed agents, applications are submitted through such an agent.
We do not provide regulated Canadian immigration services, and we do not provide United States immigration legal advice. Where a matter requires advice from a qualified attorney or regulated professional in another jurisdiction, we will say so.

References on this website to contributions, real estate or other qualifying investments describe program requirements only. They are not an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy any property, security or financial product. We do not publish, and you should not infer, any projection of yield, return or capital appreciation. Any investment carries risk, and you should take independent financial advice before committing funds.
Inquiries and communications
When you contact us by form, email, telephone or WhatsApp, we treat what you share in confidence and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. At the inquiry stage, there is no need to send passports, financial records or other personal documents; an initial conversation does not require them. Once you have engaged us, we will agree with you how documents are to be shared, and we handle everything you provide with care.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Dubai. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question about their existence, validity or termination, will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in force when the arbitration begins. The seat of arbitration is the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The tribunal will consist of one arbitrator, and the language of the arbitration is English. The arbitration, including all submissions, evidence and any award, is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or to enforce an award.
