The first conversation runs around forty-five minutes, by call or in person in Dubai.

We ask about your objectives, your family and your timing before discussing any program.

Where a program fits, we set out the realistic options, the full cost and what the file would require.

Our professional fee is discussed at that point and confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.

Discretion
How we handle what you tell us
Enquiries are read by the adviser who will handle your matter, and by no one else. We do not add enquiries to marketing lists, we do not sell or share contact details, and we do not follow up repeatedly if you decide not to proceed.
We do not publish client names or case studies, and we do not discuss client matters, including the fact of an engagement, with anyone outside it. That applies from the first enquiry, not from the point a fee is paid.

Meetings at the office are by appointment. We also meet clients elsewhere in Dubai and across the GCC where that is more convenient, and conduct first conversations by call where you would prefer.
